I bought milk at the store Saturday night that expires after my due date (10/29, by the by). That was a bit of a wake-up call. That milk might still be around when we are a family of four! Time to wash the clothes and bedding and get everything in order for baby girl Durrett.

I know this was a ridiculously long blogging hiatus, mostly due to the fact that we packed up the cable do-dad for our camera that makes it possible to download pictures back in June and didn't find it until a few weeks ago. So, here's a brief recap of our summer.

• Moved to Midland.
• Visited grandparents in Colorado and California.
  
• Played with cousins in Dallas.
  
• Brandon took the Bar.
  
• Had our first weekend away without the kidlet to Texas hill country. (Thanks again Malinda for watching Charlie!)
  
• Brandon started his first real job!

I'll try to get some pictures up of past events but for now, here is a vid of Charlie doing his ABCs from a couple of weeks ago. He's even better at them now and loves to yell them out in the middle of church. Awesome.
